1.1 Scope of Instruction
By accessing vehajq.com or enrolling in our programs, you agree to abide by the academic standards set forth by the Vehajq Language Institute. Our curriculum is designed for structured progression; individual results may vary based on attendance, prior knowledge, and personal study commitment.
1.2 Enrollment Eligibility
Applicants must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to courses if any information provided is found to be false, misleading, or obsolete.

Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. The reproduction, redistribution, or modification of academic materials without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

Tuition Obligations
Payments must be settled according to the schedule outlined in your enrollment dossier. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of campus access or digital learning portal credentials.
Refund Methodology
A pro-rated refund is available within the first 14 days of the semester, subject to a 15% administrative processing fee. After the threshold, tuition is considered non-refundable.
Payment Accuracy
All prices displayed on vehajq.com are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and adjust rates for upcoming academic cycles with a minimum of 60 days' notice.
Liability Threshold
Our legal responsibility is governed by the laws of Indonesia. We prioritize safety and service quality, but digital and academic participation carries inherent limitations.
Disclaimer of Guarantees
While we provide high-caliber instruction, the Institute does not guarantee specific exam scores, job placements, or professional certifications unless explicitly stated in a signed, individual contract. The website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis.
Force Majeure
Vehajq is not liable for failures to perform resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications outages, infrastructure disruptions, or governmental mandates in the Surabaya region.
